Extrudingskill produces a wide range of transmission and conveyor belts with high performance and resistance to high temperature, oils, dust and abrasion

ROUND BELTS EXTRUDINGSKILL are in Polyurethane and are characterized by high flexibility. They can be used as Transmission Belts or Conveyor.
Thanks to their elasticity, round belts can be used in conveyors without tensioner: this allows to have machines of a compact design. The round belts show high characteristic of chemical resistance and resistance to hydrolysis is superior than those of standard polyurethane on the market. Extrudingskill round belt are resistant to oils and greases.
Thanks to granted size tolerance, extrudingskill round belts allow a uniform power transmission. Different Shore hardness allow different production types of standard round belts, with polyester or Kevlar reinforcement and in the different compounds in ester or ether polyurethane. Thanks to these different features our belts can be used in several industries. Main sector for round belts remain the ceramic industry for production of tiles.

They have been designed to be perfectly compatible with the conveyor belt covers and are suitable to be applied by different vulcanizing systems like hot air and high-frequency, that guarantee a perfect and long-life holding, normally available in all fabrication workshop of PELOSI EXTRUDINGSKILL plants in Italy – Milano and Bergamo – or in Russia in Moscow.

Cleats, guide and sidewall can be used to solve some problems.
V Guide are used in transport where there are cross – strengths ( for example: loading/unloading lateral product); cleats are used when there is inclined handling, uphill or downhill, to facilitate transport of products; then, sidewall avoid side output of products.
Profiles can be added to conveyor and transmission belt ( in addition to notched belts) even to guarantee a right placement of products on the tape. Cleats , guides and sidewall are available in different sizes and materials that grant the widest suitability to peculiar needs of your applications.

  • Standard colors: white, blue, apple green, dark green, transparent black. Other colors can be supplied on demand with minimum quantity.
  • Minimum winding diameters: values indicated for standard, notched   and square guides have to be considered valid only if they are applied on the conveyor belt covers
  • In the case of counterflexion, the standard guides and square guides increase by 50% those values.

Cleats can be applied to all PELOSI polyurethane belts for conveying, handling and positioning applications. The cleats are produced in the same material as the belts to guarantee maximum resistance. The belts with profiles allow a synchronized translation of the products at very high speed and low noise level.

The mechanical and chemical features of PELOSI belts together with the possibility of a wide range of backings in different materials make PELOSI belts ideal for all conveying applications where synchronization is required.

Polyurethane film backing (foil): Among all synthetic materials and rubber compounds, polyurethane is the material that offers the best resistance to abrasion. Polyurethane films of different thickness and different shore hardness, applied on PELOSI belts, are the ideal solution in many applications in the field of wood, ceramic and glass processing. On request it is possible to supply FDA approved polyurethane supports.

Polyurethane EVA backings: easily compressible APL Polyurethane, according to the cellular structure of the material. Thanks to this main feature, common applications are: labeling equipment, light and/or fragile materials conveying, glass and paper industry, vacuum conveyors.

PVC backings: PVC has a high coefficient of friction and a good resistance to acids. Thanks to its versatility, it is used in many applications in the paper, glass, ceramics, labeling and packaging industries. FDA quality allows the application in food industry processes.

Rubber backing: various synthetic and natural rubber supports are available. thanks to the high friction coefficient rubber and the resistance to high temperatures, PELOSI polyurethane belts with rubber backing are used in many different conveying application: paper industry, ceramic industry, wood processing industry, glass industry, labeling and packaging machines.
